Amazing service. Absolutely recommend this company. The prices are fair, the work was done in the time frame, they tidy and take all rubbish away. I’m super happy with my bath to shower replacement.

Very happy with the service, communication, cost and standard of the work. Jason and his team met my design brief exactly. They were a pleasure to have around the house, and even tolerated my excitable puppy without complaint. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them to family and friends.

Downstairs washroom conversion to wet room completed Nov 2024. The Essex Bathroom Company provided a very competitive quote compared to the other companies we spoke to but the resulting completed work is excellent and fully in line with our needs. Steve worked extremely hard every day, was very respectful, clean and tidy and could handle any task. Jason was also very knowledgeable and helpful with advice and guidance. I would thoroughly recommend this company based on our experience.

“I wanted a new wet room installed in a relatively small bathroom & out of the companies I discussed this with, only Jason at The Essex Bathroom Company listened to what I wanted. The others tried to push on me a bulk standard replacement & did not engage with what I wanted. Jason did this & also made some very good suggestions. I have been very happy with the installation process & even with delays on delivery to wall tiles (my fault as I ordered online!) Jason managed to juggle work schedules around to ensure completion as quickly as possible. I now have a new bathroom that i am delighted with so would highly recommend.”

“We were very pleased with our new bathroom. Just what we wanted. We had the bath, sink and toilet removed, (they took all the rubbish for us) and replaced with a shower, new sink and toilet. New wall panels, flooring and mirror/cabinet. This has given us more space and the finish was excellent. They arrived on time every day and always tidied up at the end of the day, working continuously throughout. In addition to the bathroom, we also had our downstairs sink replaced. There was an issue of the new sink leaving a big gap to be filled, (due to the previous model no longer available), so they came up with the idea of making a bigger gap in the unit so it sat lower, therefore having a better overall fit, we were more than pleased with the result. We would definitely recommend this company to others.”
