BATHROOM PRICES
All bathroom projects begin with a FREE Consultation, Design and Quotation visit to your property.
We will listen to your requirements; answer any questions you may have and then provide you with a design and an itemised quote. This means you’ll be able to see exactly where your budget is being spent.
We always aim to provide the perfect package to your budget. It’s nice to have an idea of prices though, so here is a general guide.

Bath Out – Replaced with Walk in Shower from £2995.
Bath Out – Replaced with Walk in Shower with Disabled Adaptations from £3995.
Full Wet Room Bathroom with Disabled Adaptations from £8995.
Full Wet Room Shower Room with Tiles from £9995.
Ensuite Bathroom Upgrade from £4995.
Cloak Room Toilet Refurbishments from £2500.
All prices subject to 20% VAT.
HEATING & PLUMBING SERVICES
We operate a fixed hourly rate for all engineer visits, this includes diagnostic and fault finding for which there is a one-hour charge.
The majority of minor boiler repairs can be made within a 1-to-4-hour timescale. If repairs are likely to take longer the engineer will provide you with a verbal quote, or if required a written quote can be arranged.
Our engineers will always make you fully aware of work required and the cost before commencing any work.
HOURLY RATES
1st Hour Rate 8am-4pm Monday to Friday £100.
Subsequent Hours 8am-4pm Monday to Friday £80 per Hour.
Emergency Call Outs (out of working hours) from £150 per Hour (Subject to Availability).
Day Rates from £450.
FIXED PRICED WORK
Gas Boiler Service (Domestic) £90.
Gas & Back Boiler Service £160.
Landlord Certificate & Service £150.
Landlord Certificate £110.
SPECIAL OFFER COMBI BOILER SWAPS FROM £1500
All prices subject to 20% VAT.
All works are covered by 12 months parts and labour warranty.
PAYMENTS
Please note payment must be made in full to our engineer or office at the end of visit/completion of works.
Our preferred payment method is bank transfer, but happily accept credit/debit card, cheque or cash.
